We want you to love your LumiRinse order. If you don't, you're protected by our 60-Day Glow Guarantee.
Returns
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason. To be eligible, items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible. To start a return, contact us at jkcommerce97@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll notify you by email when it's processed.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or stops working, contact us with a photo or short video and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipment required in most cases.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us and we'll chase it down.
